Ya. That was what I was speaking of when I was saying it probably makes 
no difference -- even in terms of safety -- if the neutral line from the 
breaker box is connected to the ground on the outlet and the ground wire 
is connected to the neutral. It really boils down to how far down the 
wire the electrons have to go before they reach the earth. I just wasn't 
sure if there was anything wrong with that reasoning.
