Found what might be causing your buzz

Sound rated "A" for indoor applications - I think rating A is the best
rating there is, but...

Lamp freq is 140hz ... which is going to sound like a buzz.

I also notice the unit is rated for non-consumer applications in terms
of EMI / RFI ... I wonder if that will effect your tv / cell phone /
cordless phone / wifi?

The datasheet claims the ballast and fixture must be grounded (fixture
would be your reflector in this case I guess?)
