nah..  recreating such realistic low quality video ...  the very 
detailed animation of the fish (their fins move very independently of 
each other) etc etc is a very very involved and time consuming project.
And even then its very unlikely and extremely difficult to pull off the 
realism.  There's so many things that show up in animation that give it 
away if you look closely.  Using magnets would be tons simpler and easier.
