I have a similar regulator set up.  I would add a bubble counter after the
needle valve.  Also, I think that regulator has a fixed outlet pressure set
before the needle valve.  Mine is like that too and I thought it would  bug
me to not be able to adjust it myself....but actually it's ok.  I bought a
25 lb. cylinder locally for around $80 and it will be about $20 for a
refill.
