[APD] RE CO2 rates, CF & pH swings

The pH swing is probalby harmless but if you want ot lessen
it, you don't need 
the controller and the periodic cost of replacing probes. 
You can just put the solenoid on the lights timer.
But that seems like a pretty wide swing.
