Which works out perfectly (surprisingly, since tank size is usually 
inflated a little) to 124.58 gallons after taking into account 1/4" glass.

71.5 x 17.5 x 23 = 28,778.75 in.^3 / 231 in.^3/gallon = 124.5833 gallons
