The gentleman is a little confused. Ferrous and chelated are not mutually
exclusive.Ferrous means the ion is formally in a +2 state and ferric means a
+3 state. You can go for both ferrous and chealted by getting Seachem's
ferrous gluconate.solution -- Flourish Iron.
