Can you tell me what is the plant covering the floor at the front?

I want to do this with my tank, but I worry about the mulch that will 
collect along the bottom.

I've added a row of Pygmy Amazon at the front to cover the substrate.

I've a 200L 48x15x18 tank that is external filter feed with the inlet at 
the bottom of the right and the spraybar on the top left using a Eheim 2026.

Perhaps I have too many aquatic creatures poo'ing all the time? ;-)
