I agree Derek....I considered that dilemma.  But as it stands now, the way
that is handled is by these large class action suits where the ones who take
the case are the legal firm(s) bringing on the class action.  The actual
plaintiffs don't get that much compared to the final possible judgment.

So how bout those aquatic plants?
