i actually was there but a few weeks ago. before i knew about any of 
this. and i didnt order because the
next shipping date page says something like june 04 or something
so i searched becasue i read maximum pc and they have a monthly article 
called the watch dog where often
computer vendor sites stay up for months but no one is home. and indeed 
i found the story of all this
so...
