[APD] Effects of CO2 Concentration and Light Intensity on Photosynthesis

I found an abstract of a paper* that seems to suggest that
photosynthesis actually decreases under high levels of CO2. The
experiment showed that Ceratophyllum demersum actually decreased its O2
production at CO2 levels above 3.0 mmol mol-1 (which is 30mg/l I believe).

So, there seems to be an additional data point backing up the idea that
photosynthesis is saturated at 30ppm as written by Dave Huebert at
http://www.aquabotanic.com/wp101.htm. Ah, research is fun.
