In a Ground Storage Tank. GSTs are the large water tanks you see raised-up all over towns and in water production facilities. Aquatic plants are of no concern for GST treatment options.

I'm sure copper would kill them right quick. I don't know about the 
eggs. In what sort of context do you wish to exterminate them?
