Yeah. If the package can go through a mail slot (they have a termplate
at the post office) it can go "small package rate" which is like $2.80
or something.

What I've done is wrap the plants in wet newspaper, then a plastic bag,
then more wet newspaper then an outer bag. Keep the minimal amount of
air in there (ie, almost none) then just stuff that in a bubble wrap
mailer envelope you get from the post office. Unless the plant
is huge or has a large bulbm anything flat enough can go this way.
