[APD] Good electronic ballasts, good price

Someone is offering some good electronic ballats on Ebay.
ONe of these works well with one or two PC 55watt or one or
two T5HO 54watt bulbs.

They should work also with the 36watt bulbs.

The $15 price is pretty good.

I have no connection to either of the offers.
