[APD] no oil in paintball CO2
when i lived in sacramento i visited http://www.palmer-pursuit.com who is
the grand daddy of the paintball activity. i asked to see how they filled
their tanks and what the source of the co2 was.
there is no oil added. the co2 came from the same tanks you see on the back
of trucks delivered for all sorts of industrial purposes.
i don't know how this legend got started. the guns themselves do get oil on
them for obvious reasons but the source isn't the refilling of the co2
tanks.
palmer makes the microrock which is a regulator and is well suited to
aquarium use if you're not worried about money ($50) and comes in colors
too!
refilling tiny things often is comparatively expensive.
