Some get listed twice for some reason.

For those folks, when one replies, both the person's
address and the APD general address automatically show up
on the reply line.


I imagine this is related to the same thing and has to do
with haow the list program handles the way some folks have
their preferences set in the list program.

It's definitely not everyone but you are not the only one.
