No, you didn't mention that you had used those roots for a few years. My experience with cedar is from Missouri, where cedar is real aromatic cedar. Here in California it is just another evergreen tree. My intuition is sometimes wrong - the Earth isn't really flat. I reluctantly accept that.

No, that's aromatic ceder. Big difference in price between that and regular red ceder.
