RE: [APD] BGA

If you're buying the aquatic stuff, just cut the
package-recommended dosage in half and only use it twice
instead of three times. Otherwise use about 100 mg per 10
gal of aquarium water and repeat in about 2 days. Results
might not show for a day or so and an apparently full die
of might not be visbile for several days. Any in any
crevices, in which the water does not circulate well, might
not be well treated and be locations for the start of the
next bloom. This seems to be the case even if the crevice
is in something that in a very strong waterflow. this seems
to be the case even at full dose 200 mg per 10 gal.

For a 75 gal, that translates to 750 per 75 gal. If you are
using partial tablets, it's not a bad idea to crush the
entire tablet and mix/stir to ensure uniformity before
dividing.

You might get Nitrogen boost, in the few days after
starting the treatment. but after your next water change
measure your nitrates and dose them up to 10 ppm and the
phosphate to at least 0.1 ppm.
