[APD] Controlling rampant Hygrophilia growth

I'v seen some people complain that Hygrophilia (usually
polysperma) is just too fast growing to be usefull. What
I've found is despite moderate to high light, adequate
fertilization and added carbon it will grow quite slowly
if you keep it cool. At 72F it slow growing. At 68 it
barely moves.
