[APD] BGA

what most members seem to sumise is that BGA is an algae. It is not it is a bacteria and therefore an antibiotic is the way to go. Other means do remove it eg. light removal and or rapid water changes or just changing conditions. These do help but it is hit and miss. Using antibiotics is simple and trouble free. Not sure on a past post of cloudy water as it in such a small dose and in capsule form. ie about 1/2 teaspoon in a 6ft. Tank. Why make things complicated as with antibiotics all your plants and fish suffer none and the tank is clear in a few days.
cheers Neil.

PS jus tell your doctor you have a virus and then treat your tank.
