Don't pay over $60 for it anywhere; you can find it for
about $57-$60 if you take a few seconds to search.

The publisher, Krieger, lowered the price to retailers
about 6 or 8 months ago and the bottom dropped from about
$65 to about $58.

Amazon is not a likely place to find the best discounts;
it's still trying to compete on this book at the "old
bottom" price that was established when Krieger was
charging more for the book..
