[APD] stunted lace plant

Merry Christmas, everybody.  I am still trying to figure out why my 
madigascar lace plant is throwing out leaves that are very wrinkled and 
unhealthy.  Is there a nutrient I should be dosing more of?

Tank specs:
29 gallon tank
2 x 55w cf lighting
pressurized CO2 @ appx 3 bubbles per second
pH 6.8
kH appx 3 degrees

almost algae-free.  a little black brush on gravel, but it has not been 
spreading.  Green spot algae; I started dosing more KH2PO4 and it has since 
stopped spreading.  All plants growing well except madigascar lace; rotala 
macandra been less red lately also.  I'm dosing as follows:

50% water change weekly
slightly more than 1/4 tsp KNO3  3x weekly
slightly less than 1/8 tsp KH2PO4 3x weekly (just increased)
7 ml CSM Plantex

What am I missing?  the lace plant was growing very robustly and very 
healthily for many months, but in the past month has stunted.

Any suggestions?
