As for CO2 cylinders, that will be a matter of personal negotiation between you and your gas supplier, likely Bay Airgas. Just pretend you got the tank from them (as best you can recall) and hopefully you can get them to swap it. Once they have done so, you are set for life! If they absolutely won't go to a fire extinguisher recharge place and see if they will refill it. Good luck.
