I got mine at Meijer (a chain Superstore similar to Walmart), but I have
also seen it at Home Depot and Lowe's.

I am in PA, and have called various garden and pond places, but have not
been 
able to find any of the Hoffman's Aquatic Gardening Soil.  Anyone on PA
know 
a source?
