to be that the rational person did not want that kind of money. The rational

Not when that rational person is going to get 30-50% of whatever some
moronic jury decides to award...

That rational person is laughing all the way to the bank at how ridiculous
the whole system has become and how lucky he/she is to be alive in the right
place at the right time.
