When the suit occured I was sorta out of fish and spending a lot of time
in the DNS wars (we lost, sorry, you're stuck with ICANN) with a lot of
lawyers. This was the lawsuit heard round the net and every lawyer whose
net.savvy has heard of it. 

Truth is an absolute defence of libel. As long as you never make a
dispariging editorial comment you're fine.
