Don't try and tell us the only reason you haven't written it is that you  
haven't thought of a title yet! Besides which, the publisher will  
generally help with the marketing...
I suspect your book would make you a nice little earner as well.
And if you won't write a book, at least write a scientific paper.  
Something I can send to those people who write magazines and books who  
fail to understand...
