Hi Bill
	I had a similar problem with BGA. My plant tank had been 
languishing for quite some time before I decided to do something 
about it. BGA had a firm hold of my tank when I started to revitalize 
it. After weeks of loosing conventional battles with BGA I opted for 
chemical warfare in conjunction with good tank practices. I used EM 
at 1/2 the dose recommended on the package. I did 1/2 dose per day 
for 3 days. Before the third dose of EM I did a 15% water change and 
then dosed the tank for last time. Sure, there was white cloudy water 
for 3 days after but the cloudiness cleared up a little each day. I 
fought the battle with BGA and won. I use conventional methods first 
to fight my algae wars but EM at 1/2 dose for 3 days was my solution 
against BGA.
