Not sure where you are at, but I have 15lb tanks for 50$ filled in Northern
CA.
Cost 12$ for refills.
If you do tank exchange, steel is fine.

Dlink on goggle posted some places that sold a tank/reg for 99$ that
included shipping(5lb)
Look around
