My 500g Dennerle CO2 bottles are disposable and not refillable.  I should
have gotten the system with refillable bottles but at the time I didn't have
a clue where I could get refills.

You'd need to check to see if the JBL bottle is refillable or not.

Oh. That's very different. Any shop that fills CO2 fire
extinguishers probably can handle whatever fitting is on
this bottle. Welding shops maybe slightly less likely if
it's not a standard CGA320 fitting.
