Funny "article".  Clearly it was written as a press release, and not a very 
good one, which was obvious with such loaded words as "maliciously" and 
"frivolous".  It seems that some people never learn:  "Novak will seek legal 
representation to file suit seeking damages against Tucows and John Benn."  
I guess its now: if at first you don't succeed, sue and sue again!
