[APD] peat moss / ph

hi,

can anyone recommend a good page for learning to use peat moss to
adjust your ph?  the tank has fish in it already (I didn't learn that
my ph was high until after it had been established for 6+ months with
healthy fish, because my old ph test strips were not very precise) so
I don't want to do anything sudden. 

after doing quite a bit of research it looks like peat moss is going
to be my only feasible long term option for lowering my ph (at least
without investing in a lot of distilled water ;) but now that I have
it, I need to learn how to use it. :)
