[APD] Group/Mailing List in Singapore

Up until several months ago, I was subscribed to a mailing list from Singapore. An extended visit from my neice and her "lovely" twin boys whiped out all of my "Favourites" and left my PC in a dreadful state.

I got the referral for the group from here. Anyone know what the name is?
