thanks for your help...

I am very careful about this because I had once given my fish PH shock
therapy so bad that, they all jump out of the tank.  A few more
questions...

If I am to use CaCl2 and MgSO4 instead, should it effect PH and KH in anyway?

If I increase GH level to quick, will it harm fish?
