[APD] Calcium Chloride/Magnesium ratio

I am using calcium chloride and Epsom salt to raise the GH in my tank.From what I've read the ratio is something like 4:1 calcium to magnesium.Can someone please tell how much of each to use(teaspoons or tablespoons per gal.) to maintain a GH of around 3-5.My tank is 120g. and the water out of the tap is GH of 1.Thanks.
