[APD] Controlling Algae

Sorry if this question came up recently and I did monitor the threads, 
but does anybody here have any success getting rid og algae from plants? 
I cannot seem to keep the algae down. I decreased feeding to bearest 
required, and started changing parts of water a few times a week. 
Nothing does it.... Any tips???
