Or any place that sells brewing supplies should have it. From the above
site, I've also gotten CaCO3 (very fine powder, called "precipitated
chalk"), CaSO4 (gypsum), and MgSO4 (same stuff as epsom salt you can get at
the drug store). The latter two, of course, are good for when you want to
raise hardness and not buffering capacity.
