Charles, if they *are* aphids, Scott Davis I believe is the one that
mentioned keeping riccia loose on the surface of
the tank. Worked for me...I also used a brine shrimp net
to skim the surface for these critters which none of my fish
would eat:-( Another possibility, forgoing aesthetics, would be to float
colonies of ladybugs on styrofoam rafts
in your tanks:-)
