[APD] Name the critter?

I've just noticed an uninvited guest basking on a L. Repens leaf.
 
Looks kind of like a broad bodied grasshopper, sandy coloured, a bit
less than an inch long.
 
Is it a dragonfly nymph?  Haven't added any new plants since Christmas
so I presume its been in there since then, is it likely to climb out of
the tank sometime soon?
 
I had a big hatch of ancistrus recently but most seem to have
disappeared, do these things have a big appetite?
