[APD] Old-style Perfecto lamps

Asking for a friend who's not on APD yet....

He is looking for the "old style" cool (?blue-ish?) fluorescent lamps 
that used to come with perfecto hoods.   He is trying to stay on the 
low light, low nutrients, low algae regimen.

Anyone know what he's asking about, and where he might find them, or an 
inexpensive equivalent?
