I was sold some of those exact plants as aquatic plants ages ago (from a
large aquarium store in the southern Sydney suburbs).
They do survive ages in the water but I could not get them to grow any more
than shoots at light levels from 0.5 W/g to 4 W/g in a fish populated tank
dosed with pre mixed trace additive. (When I got MH lighting I picked up a
few more to give them another go).
They do look very nice but I suspect they are not true aquatic plants.
