[APD] Need help with a plant id

Hi folks this is my first post here...

I need some help to find out more about a plant i bought at an auction.
It´s a very fine small plant as you can see on my pictures. 
The man I bought it from says he probably got it when he bought some new fish spices.
He had it drifting at the surface.

If someone knows what the plant name is and its demands I would be very glad to know.
