[APD] Plant id please

A fellow aquarist in sweden Mike Noren wonders 
what type of plant this is:

It has not saw-toothed leave-sides, so it's probably not a Vallis?
The runners grows arc-like above the substrate, which
would suggest it's not a Sagittaria.

The leaves get about 1,5 meters long, very fast growth
with about 20 cm long runners in an arc above the
substrate. The leaves are about 1 cm in width.
