Roger Miller once proposed arranging the bulbs with the
length from fornt to back so that the bulbs sat side by
side going across the tank from ons side to the other. I
belive it was George Booth who noted that, among other
things, this arangement allowed them to be sequential
cycled, emulating sunrise and sunset.
