Iron is the key to proper maintenance of higher light
tanks. You have lots of light and need to add more
iron than you'd expect. For a 20g with 65w's PC, I'd
add 2ml a day to start, and possibly go up to 4ml or
more daily depending on your substrate and rates of
growth. The plants will show you what they want.

Keep your K and trace additions the same. As long as
you have some N and P in your tap water, it'll get you
through the week no problem as long as you do weekly
water changes, so that's probably not exacerbating the
issue. 

I struggled with that plant and many others for a
while at high light until I started juicing Fe and
traces. The intense lights and high O2 concentrations
break down chelators and as a result, you'll need to
add more of both. Water hardness is inconsequential
despite what you may read, although hard water *may*
have an impact on some chelating agents.
