I've never ordered from them, but:

has a big selection, and they are based in Ottawa.  They don't directly list it, but I'd email and ask.

I was hoping someone might know how i can get some Eleocharis in Toronto.
Big Al's (the lfs) doesn't carry them and the online stores i've tried
won't ship to Canada.

My Tank won't be complete without it!
