Re: [APD] Wave maker



If this is one of those devices that turn powerheads
off/on, be aware that many pwerhead manufacturers recommend
against using such devices because they supposedly
prematurely age the powerheads.

One manufacturer that does not give such a warning is
Aquarium Systems, which makes the Maxi-jet line of
powerheads.

Switching the direction of currents can look cool depending
on your tastes. Good circulation for a planted tank
certainly doesn't require swtiching the direction of the
current.
