[APD] JBJ CO2 SOLENOID REGULATOR

Could one of the CO2 gurus tell me if this is a descent deal and what else I 
would need other than a CO2 bottle?
Does anyone have good or bad things to say about this system? I can't really 
afford to make a mistake on buying the wrong one so any help is appreciated.
