Well any hardness is fine for Riccia, eg GH of 25, KH's of 15 etc.
pH's?
Well how about from 5.0 to 9.0.
Depends on time of day.

But generally for it to do well in your tank, add lots of CO2, K+ and
PO4(traces/NO3).

It's easy to grow and can be found near my place growing emergent even in
the winter.
