[APD] Grow hairgrass

I use plain gravel and Tom Barrs estimative index method, and I've
covered my 300-litres with 0.7 watts/litre in a couple of months:

I've been much more picky with the CO2-level being in the right
range, and it certainly have paid off. Now my problem most often lies
with to low NO3 and PO4-levels.
